To open an account at jata9, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with a false name, address, or date of birth is a violation of our terms.

• Each person may register a maximum of one account — multiple accounts are not permitted.
• The phone number and email provided at registration must be verified.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• If your contact details change (phone number or email), please notify support promptly.

A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for verification (KYC). This is a legal requirement and is done to protect you.

To deposit at jata9, you can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum limit varies depending on your account type.

• Deposits are generally instant — mobile banking transfers may take up to 5 minutes.
• Deposit funds must come from an account registered in the same name as your jata9 account.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited — this may result in account closure.
• If a deposit fails, contact your bank or mobile banking provider, and also notify jata9 support with your transaction ID.

Jata9 does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges in accordance with their policies.

Certain conditions apply when withdrawing winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, processing begins within 15 minutes.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first large withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus funds.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies according to your VIP level.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

The following are the general terms that apply to all jata9 bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own detailed conditions, which are listed on the respective bonus page.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registered accounts only — the same person cannot claim the welcome bonus across multiple accounts.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the wagering (turnover) requirement — this figure is displayed alongside each bonus.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus — once the period expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Wagering requirements also apply to winnings from free spins.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Jata9 reserves the right to void bonuses and suspend accounts where bonus abuse or systematic bonus hunting is proven.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) — there is no possibility of manipulation.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — if the Cash Out feature is available, you may use that instead.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet is voided and your stake is refunded.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg is counted at odds of 1.0.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Any technical issues are resolved in coordination with the game provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jata9. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses through "arbitrage" strategies.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or technical glitch on the platform for personal gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other players.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor access to gaming.
• Unauthorized use of jata9's trademarks or brand name.

You may close your account at any time. Simply contact support or submit a close request from your account settings.

• Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.
• To reopen a closed account, contact support — a 7-day cooling-off period applies.
• Jata9 reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of its rules.
• Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days.

Jata9 firmly believes that gaming should be a source of fun, not addiction. We genuinely care about every player's mental and financial well-being.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can restrict your own access for anywhere from 1 week to permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a gaming break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Reality Check: You will be reminded at set intervals how long you have been playing.

Jata9 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. However, for any significant changes, we will notify users via email and on-site notice at least 7 days in advance.

• Continuing to use the site after any changes have taken effect means you accept the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
• For major changes, an explanation of the reason for the change will also be provided.
